I live in a very dark area with no street lights to help with reversing. The CT has a red reversing light. Red is no help at all in a dark area. I would like to know if anyone else finds this a problem and maybe there is a solution I don't know about. .... queenfish

An updateon a problem that a few of us have had or are having with the 'Audio system cutting out and GPS popping open' I took my CT200h Sports to Lexus of Brighton who did find the SATNAV DVD to be the problem. They are very happily replacing the disc for me this week. They don't have any answers though for how to stop the colons blinking on the digital clock :(

May I ask if there is a cost involved with the replacing of the SATNAV DVD?

Hey Melodie Thanks for your response. I was very keen to hear what had happened with your car. I agree, it's totally random and has been the same on my car. Very annoying. My car is being collected at 11am and I will let you know what happens over the next week. Perhaps this might assist you eventually? Thanks again for your help. The radio went off and the GPS closed down. Gave me quite a start as I'm still getting used to all the buttons and icons. it must have rebooted as the radio came back on and up popped the GPS. Quite disconcerting when driving at 100km/hour. I visited the dealerership who did some checking, couldn't find anything wrong and said to contact them if any further trouble. It's been 5 months now and it has happened again. I also agree, it's totally random. Keen to hear more on this mystery ..... queenfish

Thank you for the links to the Lexus process. I found the video very informative. I'm not getting the paint protection option now. I was surprised that it was offered in the first place as I did think I was already paying for the best - not nearly the best-it could be better. I would like to buy the boot liner for my CT. I've seen another members post on the price he paid so I'll watch out for sales plugs. I dream of driving my CT. Six weeks to go.

Sure does look good and I also can't wait for mine now. I've still got a while though ..... end July. I was wondering if you took the paint protection option. I had a phone call from Lexus last week informing me of the wonders of paint protection. I thought $1890 was a lot of money. That included Scotch Guarding the interior as well but very expensive. I live close to the ocean and am a bit concerned about salt. Your CT looks great. Did you have paint protection applied.
