Not sure. How do I tell the difference??

I have a 2010 RX 450h. Everytime I wash the car the alarms go off when water hits the two front side doors or the doors are touched. I have to open the door and close it to turn off the alarm. The car is usually unlocked and the keys left in the console when I am washing the vehicle. Has anybody had this problem before that can assist me.
