Dear all, Was hoping someone could recommend a good mechanic in Sydney to work on my 1996 2JZ-GTE Aristo (grey import). I'm looking at a possible blown head gasket. Lexus has the car at the moment, but says they will not do major work on grey imports....await their mechanics diagnosis tomorrow. Was also advised that a complete replacement engine might be more economical than repairing the existing - any comments on that and potential suppliers/estimated costs would be very much appreciated. Thanks a lot!
