vehicle: LS430
yr: 2001
problems: after accelerating to kickdown. Wheels spun a bit i think. Car lost power and went into limp mode. Vsc and check engine light camp on
stopped car. Turned of ignition.waited a minute .restarted .all good
car drove ok for a coiple of days
just now went around the corner to iga.few minutes drive. All good... got back in car after shopping.
car seemed to have trouble shiponf through lower gear and seemed " jittery" and lack of power. Seemed to settle at constant speed of 60kms or so
what could be the problem?
tranmission fluid looks ok.kinda reddish brown
could it be the vehicle speed sensors? Usa side forum poster took the VSS out and cleaned them .after that reported all good.
