Bluetooth Music Coming Out Mono Sound

Hi.

My friends IS250C, Bluetooth connection for music is coming out mono sound and it thinks its on a call so the talk time starts to count. Check AUX cable / Radio / USB all working normal, stereo sound like it should. But only when we try to play music through Bluetooth it comes out Mono sound. Any ideas as to why.

I had this problem as well but I just simply redid my bluetooth connection and rebooted my phone. Hasn't happened since.
