Headlight Ballast

Hi all,

2007 IS250 - My low beam right side headlight does the standard lexus flick on and off trick while driving along, have checked and installed new bulbs and also tightened the connection to the HID bulb holder cap etc. but still flickers

Next step now is to replace the ballast, so where does one purchase new ballasts for this model in Australia at a reasonable prices, Denso seems a good option YES /NO??

Anyone have any contacts, recommendations or stock spare parts on here, any info would be great,
