Looking for Engine Covers

I recently purchased a 2008 LX570 which has had the engine covers removed. I would like to purchase the plastic engine covers from a vehicle that perhaps been written off or removed deemed unnecessary. 

Simularly the OEM mirrors have been replaced with Clearview mirrors which is great but I would like the cameras in the old ones.

Lastly a ARB Bullbar is a great addition but the parking sensors are removed I would like to reattach to the wiring harness if anyone has comments they'd be welcome.

If anyone has seen a  LX570 at a wreckers - I have the ridiculous cream interior Id like to.replace it with charcoal grey or something else please let me know...
