So has anyone actually done this conversion? Pics?

So this happened to my front bar today. Not happy. I don't know if I should go through insurance or just pay to fixit myself. My excess is $850. I'd need a new bar, there's no fixing this. Does anyone know about how much it would cost to get a new one, and where the best place for me to get one would be? Or will it cost way more than $850 and I should just go through insurance?
