I Need To Remove The Rear Bumper And Front Skirt To An Ls400

I have a 1993 Lexus LS400 and I would be grateful for advice on how to remove and replace (i) the rear bumper and (ii) the front skirt which is attached to the front bumper.

I need to remove the rear bumper and front skirt for the following repairs:

• Rear bumper: paint coming off exposing yellow plastic and slight dent/large crease to right hand side of bumper
  
• Front skirt: one air scoop is cracked at its base.
