hi from a new member, i just purchased a near new 2011 is250c and notice that the sat nav does not have red light or speed camera warnings on it, i called lexus and they told me thats just the way it is? wondering if an update would fix this, seems a little strange after having a cheap sat nav for years in my last car i sort of got used to having this info

I believe the Lexus navigators in the IS does not provide that information.

But I do believe someone saying somewhere around in this forum that you can program the cameras and such into the navigation system.

The dealer i went to recommended that you program them in as points of interest (or something like that) - I think u can program in about 100. Not worth it !!

You can put them in as points of interest as i used to have them on my old nav cd
