I want to buy a battery for my car. Something I can get from SuperCheapAuto in Sydney. However I'm not sure which one i can buy.

According to this site: http://www.everybattery.com.au/lexus_auto_batteries.php

I can get the Century NS70LX.

I should get the NS70L

Which one is correct (if any)?

I had mine replaced by Lexus. Paid $180 for theirs and they fitted it for me, didnt lose any of my programming settings for the car.

It did die after 9 mths but replaced under warranty. They said mine was one of their fist ones they had die on them
