I'm relocating to Melbourne as well and hoping to get some more responses on this topic. I currently use Lexus of Chatswood and they are fantastic.

Hoping for a similar experIence in Melbourne

I've never been to Chatswood Lexus, but if I believe everything I've read on this forum about them, I don't believe there is a service centre here as good as them.

Brighton is good, especially the sales side and I've heard Blackburn is better at service which is where I plan to go next time.
