Does Dealer Give Loan Car During Recall?

I just received the recall letter today and it said "During this time, they [the dealer] will assist with alternative transport to ensure minimal inconvenience to you".

Just wondering if anyone has had the IS250 fuel recall done and if a loan car was provided?

Mine is booked in with Sydney City Lexus for mid-January (they said they had been inundated and this was the soonest they could do it), and yes, they said they would provide me with a courtesy car for the day. The recall work should take around 4-5 hours.

Mine is a 2010 model. The recall applies to vehicles built between Sept 05 and June 10. You can see the notice here:
