Looks like it's a TTE Front Lip, TRD Rear Lip, and TRD Side Skirts. Not sure what the specific name of the spoiler is, I think it's the High Rise TRD Spoiler

Its called the Legana kit, the side skirts and rear lip with the big rear spoiler. But it should have this front bar and the sports grille

Or if you are just after the front lip, side skirts and the rear lip its call the Elegance Kit but I think both are Lexus discontinued items. Apparently the front lip can still be bought from Lexus but I think its $300+
