o2 sensor issues 2010 isf

Hi all,

If someone could help me out regarding this on going issues I been having that would be great.

I had ppe headers installed on my 2010 isf at chatwoods Lexus eariler this year. Everything was great until about 2-3 weeks later my engine light kept coming on and off.

Took it back to Chatswood Lexus they did a scan for the code and it came up showing (bank 1) left side isn't running correctly so they cleared the code and I asked if it was a sensor issue they didn't believe it was so I got my car back and went on my way.

Another week or so went by same issue, engine light on so back to Chatswood I went. This time they changed the left sensor as they said it was the issue ($480 dollars for the part and install)  and asked if I could leave my car for a few days to run on going tests so I didn't need to come back which I thought was fine.

5 days later I get my car back and apparently they have done tests etc no issues. I left and 10 minutes later the engine light is back on, I got it cleared again at my local mechanic and that lasted 1 day and it's currently back on now.

At this point I'm annoyed and all they seem to say is you'll have to bring it back. Would anyone have any other suggestions that may be causing o2 sensor issues as I'm over taking it back and forth and not getting anywhere with the issue.

Thank you🙂

I think you can get it tuned out, but send RR Racing a email they sell o2 sims that block the signal, it is the rear o2,s that are giving the problem??. RR Racing are great and if you haven't got a ecu tune go for RR there is a few in OZ and no problems, let us know how you go cheers.

I sent RR an email regarding the issues and waiting on a reply sometime next week id say. As for the o2 giving me the issues it's were the factory cats were but they've since been removed and put that bypass thing in (forgot the name of the part)

So is that classed as the front ? I'm a noob to the mechanics of all this lol sorry.

There are 4 cats and 4 o2 sensors you can only delete the rear o2,s as the front measure the air fuel ratio (very important) you can delete all the cats(illegal) but most people delete the rear only good luck
