2015 Lexus IS

I purchased a 2015 IS .  I opened a slot that is labelled SD.  Now my screen keeps circling " checking SD data"  .  I cant use my navigation .  I am able to work the radio.  I took out the empty SD card and that didn't fix the issue.  Thoughts??
