Left side of instrument cluster very dim

Hi Guys, I have an 03 is200 auto. Recently I realised the dash instrument cluster illumination on the left side (rpm ring, needle and 0 to 80) is very dull with factory bulbs, I replaced them with today with white LEDs 3 big and 2 small, but the issue is still there. What could be the problem? The dimmer switch is working for all right side, clock, gear select etc. As shown in photo the dimmer is fully up..... TIA
