NX - Petrol of Hybrid (in country)?

Hi All, looking at getting a new NX, given we live in country and do mainly highway travel we are wondering if the hybrid is worth it? purchase price is $7k more and hearing fuel saving is only 20% on highways.

2024 NX350h F Sport. Over about 1000 km of highway driving so far I have averaged 6.1L/100k, driving normally typically at 100km. For a car this size I find that astounding. Hope this helps.
