Uncomfortable Seats

I have just bought an 2021 UX250H F-sport.

I find the sports seats are very uncomfortable. I’m thinking of finding a set of the Luxury model seats (swap or from a wrecker) and putting them in. Would they be interchangeable? 
Also, I’m getting 6.1l/100km on careful driving. What are others getting?
