Turning "off" The Drivers Side Airbag

Recommended Posts

Due to past experience with these *BLEEP* devices (will never understand how a 200mph kevlar balloon was ever safe) and the fact that i have a steering wheel hub and a sparco flash 5 wheel just sitting down i figure i might as well swap em.

I know on other cars if you leave the battery disconnected for a few hours and pull the airbag fuse you are usually "safe" to take the face of the wheel off.

Does this same procedure apply with the RS200?

If all goes well i should save some weight.....and my face if the worse should happen.
