Is200 No Fog Lights = Crazy Dashboard

hi all, this is my first post so i hope im doing it all right.

When my is200 is on without the fog lights switched on the abs,engine,traction control, open door and snow lights all flash like crazy. but when i turn the fog lights on they stop fl;ashing and everything is fine:angry:

AND

if i drive with the fog lights off the abs and traction control dont flash

ANY ideas will help

go get your car checked by an electrician. there could be a grounding problem or something wrong with your loom
