Importing Is200 From The Uk

Has anybody imported their IS200 from the UK to NSW? If so, would really appreciate any advice on what modifications were necessary to bring it to Oz standards. I think maybe the speedo (ours only has kph as a secondary measurement) and also 3 point child anchor points need doing. Any advice would be much appreciated as it seems the companies that do the conversions cannot say for sure until you get it to Oz which risks a big surprise!
