My Cruise control and horn do not work in my 99 is200 and it sounds like a clock spring issue, lexus newcastle took 3 hours and $410 to realise thats what it may be too (with out fixing anything) So just wondering if anyone has a clock spring or a good place to buy one would be, ive tried a bunch of places in nsw but no one seems to have any.. any help would be much appreciated!!
