Paintwork Repairs In Perth?

I had the unfortunate experience of returning to my car in the carpark only to find a series of scratches on the rear bumper and above/around the rear wheel of one side of my car. No note/contact details of the culprit, so I'm left to find someone in Perth who does a good job of paintwork and minor scratch repairs? Any suggestions?
