Yeh pics of the spacers in would be good (cevu).

Hey i was thinking about the offset thingie.

If you get wheels that are like 20mm offsets, wouldn't the wheel lug nuts have very little distance in going into the lugs cos the wheel sit heaps away from the hub?

This is dangerous no doubt.

I think the spacers come with extended studs to make sure your wheels don't fly off.

well i had this on my stagea

25mm wheel spacers

they dont fly off

numerous times ive hit twities with it

the car had over 200kw at all four wheels

and it was still nice and solid

Terry i cant even get wheels for my car

*BLEEP*ing brakes are too big

i need to splash atleast 4-5K fora decent set

stupid oversized brakes lol

So those are the ones that does or does not have it's own studs for the wheels?

The oem studs locks onto the spacer, and the spacer has it's own studs for the wheels?

thats exactly right! The spacer also has a lip that as well that the wheels fit right onto so theres no vibration

I remember you telling me you were going either Works or BBS? Maybe ask around the CL vendors? I got a pretty good price off one of them - you can always get some spacers to clear your brakes. :P

Is it safer to change to longer studs and not use the spacer's studs?

I'm thinking the stress from using spacer studs is more than if you use a single longer quality stud.
