What Ks are the Evos cars, they look more blue than Accord Euros?

Posted

evos and most oem cars run 4200K or around that mark

the higher you go the bluer and purple it gets

also it has *BLEEP* vision

stick with oem spec

Posted

Are you changing headlights or foglights?

I agree with Danny, just stick with the OEM 4300k...or if you want to sacrifice a bit of brightness for a slight blue tinge go 6000k - don't go any higher than that though.

Posted

Ive tried heaps of different globes over the years (halogen and hid) and found 6000 k to be nice colour and not sacrificing vision. (imo). I love it i think its great light.

Posted

Yeah I heard the 6000k ones are a bit less bright (not by a whole lot, but noticeable), but they definitely look great

$40US shipping + the kit.

Which to get the premium or the standard?

4300K are those Evos? they are blue man...gotto be around 6000K.

Not after super bright cos bright can blind.

Posted

dont forget you would be looking at a bouncing light beam as it drives past which looks VERY different to being behind the wheels

Posted

Anyone know if the caps/housing that you drill a hole for the wires to go through, can be bought at the dealers as parts?

Posted

6K look real nice together with LED parking lights

but on a side note, any notice how blue the lights on the Honda Oddessy are?? is it just like a vinyl over the light?

it's oem

around 4200 or 4600 lense.

the lense it self has a slight blue tinge.

So the IS's oem HID is different to the Evos, Euros cos these are not slight tinge from any stretch of the imagination? By different i meant in the colour it produced be it lense or bulbs or combo of both.

Posted

Idc, yes you can... I bought a pair when I had HIDs so I wouldn't destroy my factory ones. Something like $120 for a pair of them.

How much are they Atlantis?

wow? u sure?

knowing u ur gonna regret it hard i recon

Regret that i should have got 4300k or regret that it's from xenonsupply?

I don't see the point of getting HIDs 4300K if the output is just brighter than my halogen. I chose 8000K cos i wanted a different output, not white if you know what i mean.
