  1. Thanks Bazzle, I looked at that at-manuals website, but with all the ads over the page, I cannot find the "Download" bit? Can you see it?
  2. Hi Squirralien, OK, the German supplier has reported back that they only supply the Left Hand Drive version. Tanin Autoelectronix said that if I used eBay, https://www.ebay.com/itm/253064035229 a lot of the international freight costs were reduced. Instead of the $100 US freight cost, eBay charges $15.00 US (Big difference) I think I will purchase this tomorrow. It is extremely unfortunate about the starter motor and $2500 is excessive. All cars have their little quirks. Changing the starter motor will be a little bit of work. I ended up buying my LS400 by chance, come across a one owner 84 years old handed in his licence, wanted to sell the car. All original always serviced. I removed the existing tape deck and added a dual din bluetooth unit.It is a beautiful car to drive, but not my daily driver (I have a work vehicle)
  3. Hi all, Anyone seen any links to the A341 Transmission Workshop Manual?
  4. Thanks for that. $190.00 by the time it arrives in Australia. It's a bit rich for an old car. I done all the capacitors and fixed all the instrument cluster but $200.00 for an item that should be approx $50-$80. The LHD model is $30 US. I found another supplier in Germany, again does LHD models hoping they do the RHD version. Surprised you can't get any bits from China?
  5. Any update on this post? I have a similar issue on a 1994 Lexus UCF10 Right Hand Drive. I have spoken with the only person that appears to have this component located in Wisconsin and it will cost a fortune to get it back to Australia. Is there anyone in Australia that sells this component?
  6. UPDATE: If the right brake pads were installed in the first place, a notched our section in the brake pad to accommodate the sensors would be available. Instead the person before installed the pad for a different model that did not have the sensors and then just chopped them off. Check that the right pads were installed.
  7. Hi all, I have recently purchased a 1994 LS400. The brake wear indicator light appeared on the dash so I figured I would replace the brakes pads. Turns out that the wear indicator leads have been worn through in a previous life, disconnected and tied out of the way. The brake pads are actually new so I buy a new wear lead. I go to fit the new one and for the life of me cannot work out where the wear component fits because it was tied out of the way and I have nothing to reference it to. Cannot be that hard I say, and begin to research the car manuals and watch Youtube videos, and all these resources reference the UCF20 variety of car which has a different brake system completely. (Clips and Pins in the calipers etc) The brake shoes I have in the UCF10 model do not have the facility to fit the brake wear sensors like the UCF20 version does. I have attached a picture of the brake system (UCF20) that I DO NOT and this makes perfect sense. I have the June 1994 UCF10 type. My concern now, is there will be an external clip that has been thrown away that I will require. Does anyone have a drawing or can easily explain how to fit this wear sensor on the car I have?
