I need to replace left hand mirror on a 2002 ES300 in Australia, proving hard to source. There are many available which are for left hand DRIVER side, as in USA but here left side is passenger side. Does anyone know what wiring differences there would be between driver/ passenger sides to decide if it is worth getting a USA mirror and if necessary modifying the connector? Michael
