  1. that's somewhat same what Lexus said, They said " E10 fuel is suitable for your vehicle however we recommend to use 98 octane premium fuels for optimum performance and reliability later in the vehicles life. You can also use 95 octane premium fuel as a second choice, please never use 91. If you were to use E10, please only use it maybe once in a while, one tank of E10 to ever two tanks of premium fuel perhaps"
  2. Can/Should I use E10 all the time?
  3. 1. Clean the MAF sensor 2.Check the air cleaner 3. Check the condition of the plugs 4. Be gentle with the throttle I do double check almost everything after a service and most of the time find things are not properly done specially with the dealer. air filter clips are undone, oil is not all the way to the top level are only few things to mention.
