Hello! Hope you are doing well. This is my first post so please forgive me for any mistakes.
I own a 2005 IS300 and have been trying to install a Joying 7-inch Head Unit. The head unit comes with a Joying to universal harness. I had been told I needed the APP0259 which came as a 18 pin connector instead of the required 20 pin. Upon calling Aerpro, they said that I needed the TYTO-01 harness, however, that is $250 for me (Australia). One of the store staff suggested to either wire it in manually (most preferred option), or, purchase an after market amp.
Would I be able to get a diagram on how to do that somewhere? All the head unit install posts use TYTO-01, however it is a little pricy for me. If there are other options please let me know too!
