Hi Everyone, I have some of my 2009 IS250 Sports Luxury parts for sale for anyone who will be interested as I no longer need them and they are taking space on my single garage. So they need to go. * I have a set (Both Left & Right) OEM Lexus IS250 HID headlights for sale. For any prestige owners who wants to upgrade to the OEM HID headlights, this will be perfect. It will come with all bulbs (High beams, turn signals and also the HID bulbs and ballast) * 2009 model year Chrom grill surround frame * 2009 model year Grill (minus the SL Lexus badge as I needed to use it on my replacement grill) All of these parts are in excellent condition, no damage at all. The HID headlights has no scractches, yellowing and stil has the 3M clear protective film since I purchased my car new. For forum members I am open to all reasonable offers so just send me a PM. I also have these posted on Gumtree if you want to see pictures of them. Thanks guys

I got the F sport grill on my 09 SL from Sewell Lexus Parts and it looks so much better than the stock grill imo. It is designed for the PCS radar behind the SL emblem. But I am not sure if the 09 grill will be the same fit for your 06 model? Maybe check with Sewell?

Congratulations on the addition of a new little family member :) I think that most of us 2IS owners would know, the back space is not that accommodating. I've had my little girl inside the IS since she was born and with the baby seat installed (both rear and forward facing), it was still a little bit challenging getting her in and out. Then when her baby seat was reconfigured to forward facing, I found out that she was kicking the back seat... so I had to remove her shoes every time. I still have my IS and even though I rarely drive it for this reason I can't part with it :) But a bigger car that is more 'family oriented' would be more suitable (maybe get a second hand car?). Also you would need to consider the boot space to fit a pram, stroller etc... on the IS Just my 2cents worth based on my experience.

Thanks for the info Danny and Atlantis as for bigger wheels... I thought so The standard 18" oem setup (in particular the front) are not big enough to clear the brakes. So possibly a wheel size upgrade will be needed

Hi everyone, I was just wondering if anyone has installed the IS-F OEM brembo brakes on their IS250 or 350? Some people from clublexus seems to have done this, but I was just curious if anyone has attempted this modification here? I have used the search function and I can't seem to find any theards/topics on this.

Hi oGz and welcome :) To answer your question in regards to the X-edition IS250, I believe that they do not come with HIDs. Generally, for pre 2012 MY there would be 'head light washers' at the front bumper if OEM HID is factory fitted.

Hello All, I purchased a new Tanabe Exhaust and it's on it way! :) I have a few questions for all of the owners that has purchased/installed it and I was wondering if you can please kindly advise? 1. Does the kit come with all necessary accessories (bushings etc?) to get it installed? Or will I need to buy anything else? 2. Are there problems with the alignment (height wise not being even etc?) as mentioned on my is forums? 3. Is it easy to install? "thanks guys"

I've just recently got my F-Sport intake from Lexus of Miami and it took less than a week to be delivered. Now I'm looking forward to having the intake installed as well as the F-Sport Grill insert, Carbon Fibre grill surround and other little bits and pieces to my SL :)
