I was wondering if anybody knows if a seized cam shaft can be replaced on the 3 letter motor or do I have to replace the whole motor?

hello, We have just purchased a rs300 /harrier 2ooo model and are wondering if you can get a change over console in Australia or overseas as our Japanese is not to good Thanks mort ;)
