Hey all I am considering changing the suspension setup on the IS250. How much for the springs and how much will it drop the car !!! Cheers man

I have a 09 IS250 and when i turn off TC i can do line lock burnouts all day and when i flick around corners the wheels still spin, the only thing that happens is the orange traction light lights up. And i loose some rubber on my tyres.

Hey All Details not too sure, when i buy stuff if it fits and works well i don't really pay attention to the details but to fill your curiosity i will ask my mate what brand they are, I know wen he bought them he could not find them anywhere in NSW so he plaed an order with a japanese compay. I am keen as mustard to drop it maybe one inch, It is a salary sacrafic car so i am trying how to work it out so i can claim the price of suspension on the lease, I went to pedders a while back and they said no one is making springs or shocks for a 09 IS250 yet so i should wait out for a while. Has anyone done any engine mods or fitted any performance chips, I am very keen to fit the engine out and get some more power to the wheels ?

Hi guys picked up my new IS250 series 2 on friday, and i am very impressed. I have bought a set of lexus sports pedals and am asking help with the instilation. I have fitted the brake pedal as that just slips on easy but am having trouble removing the foot rest and the accellerator pedal. Is there a knack to it and i can't get my head down there to look behing the pedal. Any help as i am not keen to roll into lexus and ask for this simple task to be done for me. Thanks heaps mark

Hey guys This is my second post, so i am not sure its been done before. I was wondering if i could see some pics of your engine bays with some of your engine mods. I ask this please because i sold my old project car which was a Holden VY Calias which I built up to be a whopping 385 KW naturally aspired and obviously the engine mods were noticeable, hence are the engine mods in most Lexus noticeable. Hey fellers I am new to this forum and just want to say there is so much info here, i went through two cups of coffie just browsing the various notes etc. I have ordered a Lexus IS250 Prestige Auto which should be here in about a week. In regards to some of the mods available on this site, which ones do you think i will definitly need. I have never owned a Lexus before and hav'nt even taken it for a test drive. ( I figure its a brand new car so whats the need to drive it, its a Lexus !!!) What issues have new car buyers had, if any ? and what are some expected issues in the future i can maybe expect ? And finally what engine mods can i safely do without voifing warrenty ? Cheers guys any help or advice would be greatly appreciated and i am stoked to be a Lexus owner (soon). Cheers guys Mark.
