Im trying to change the rear apeakers on my IS but i cant figure how to get the plastic covers off without breaking them. Anyone know how its done????

Gidday, Ive just got my hands on a 98 IS200 and im keen 2 chuck on some mods to make it a quick n/a, i just dont know where 2 start. at the moment its got Ebitech adjustable springs a sway bar and 18" inch BBS mags (which make it look awesome ) the rest is stock standard. Any suggestions????
