  1. Thanks for your reply Lexo. The concern of replacement batteries is a real one and not an 'if'', as I plan to keep the car for quite a while and don't see myself upgrading any time soon-ish. And, No, I didn't realise the warranty is 8years/160 on the batteries. However, does that also apply to '06 and '07 models, or is that something relatively new? Appologies for all the questions, but I'm quite new to the whole Lexus world ;)
  2. One word, SUPRA.... but then again, I'm biased, very biased ;) :D :P
  3. The 'resonator' would either be the muffler or a hotdog in the exhaust which is used to alter the frequencies/tones of the exhaust to generally quieten it down, where as the cat converter serves a different purpose. So I guess, YES, the cat and the resonator would be two different things. :)
  4. Agreed, sounds like the heater core. Not a job for the faint of heart though as a WHOLE lot more than just the carpet has to come out. Not sure about Lexus, but on my younger brothers Supra we had to pull out the entire dash! And, I do mean entire... Almost there... This is the HVAC unit where the heater core resides.. AND, tada, this is the actual heater core! :(
  5. Oh ok. Did you sort out the length though, so they don't stick out side on as much? I was hoping for a vid though as I'm not too familiar with the 250 and it's aural cacophony.
  6. Looks good from the rear but you're right, side on, they stick out too much. How do they sound though? That's what I want to know... ;)
  7. The LFA is pure sex, the roadster just pushes that point even further ;)
  8. Nice to see them going back to ol' skool Supra instrument cluster orientation like a real sports car ;)
  9. A lot of action in here guys ;) lol I'm considering buying a GS450h in the new year, is there anything I should be concerned about with this particular model? Anything that you guys have discovered? The only thing that keeps playing on my mind is the cost of replacement batteries if and when they require it, seeing as I will most likely be purchasing an '07 model. Has anyone experienced this yet or is aware of the situation? TIA :D
