I recently had my RX330 in to the local dealer for its 20,000KM service and was charged 2 hours worth of labour. My only problem was the warranty manual reckons 0.9 of an hour on average for a service. The dealer didn't do anything more than what the manual recommends so I'm wondering what other people on here have experienced? What's normal for a 20,000 KM service, and how many hours for a major service?? Appreciate your comments! Paul
