  1. Hi guys, I am stripping the car back to standard and have these up for sale. Purchased about 3 months or so ago, they are still in immaculate condition. Cost me about 550 and plus another 100 or so for the harnesses, so it totals up to be around just say 650 bucks. I am looking at selling them for $400 + plus your standard IS250 amber indicator ones. (reason is my missus threw mine out when we were renovating!!) I am happy to do the conversion, it will take me max 30 mins. Thanks,
  2. Hey guys, My car is up for sale, very clean inside and out, extremely low kms sitting at 49,000kms, with full log books from lexus since day 1. here is the link to carsales http://www.carsales.com.au/all-cars/private/details.aspx?R=12344607 Cheers
  3. Hey guys, I have for sale a complete air suspension system from D2. It will fit an IS250 or a GS350 This has to be one of the nicest and smoothest riding air system I've owned. With the ability to adjust the damper, it makes the ride so much better then just a normal air strut. It is all controlled by a wireless remote which also includes a memory remote to make things easier. I have only owned the system for approximately 3 months and have driven around 3000kms on them. Genuine reason for sale, I am selling the IS250 and removing all the parts i have put into the car. Asking price is 3500 ONO.
  4. Hi guys, do you know any here in Sydney that has the Garex Genuine 6000K HID bulbs in stock? Im not so confident in buying them overseas seeing how items are always thrown around. But if thats the only choice then i guess i will have to settle for them. Thanks
  5. Hey guys, Anyone with any knowledge in regards to errors and electronics in an IS250? Had this error code today, wonder if its to do with a complete unit or just the sensor itself? How much warranty do you get for an IS250? Thanks, Dave
  6. Thanks for that, Did anything reset when you removed the battery? I was thinking of buying an aftermarket replacement battery for my car.. unsure if i should go standard lexus or aftermarket
  7. Hey guys, I was wondering any here knows if there is a difference between the auto and manual dash harness? I am looking at doing some major work to the car, and it requires some harness adjustments. No "i think, or maybes". Thanks
  8. Thanks guys, Yeh finally worked it out what you guys meant by the harness, went to the local dealer today and picked ONE up, only one left in Sydney and yeh, pretty much a simple plug and play. So now i gotta wait for the other side from Japan. 3 weeks they said , so i might try miami and see if they have it in stock! Thanks again for your help!
  9. Thanks man, its not that the tailights dont fit itself, its just the plug.. ill show you what i mean Standard amber ones have 3 tabs (whatever you call them... lol) the plug only goes into the one with 3 tabs, which makes it not fit the isf one that has 4 tabs? does that make sence? sorry i know im not using the right terminology but i hope you get it. I'm in Parramatta area if that helps?
  10. oh i see! so did the harness include the indicator bulb as well? I see what you mean about the white plug having a harness for it, but i cant figure out how that would work with the indicator section.. :( my gf bought it from miami lexus in the US?
  11. the plug for the above wont fit, the one coming off the car only has 3 sections while the tail light itself is 4? does anyone know where i can source the plug with 4?
  12. Ah bloody! They didn't give me the harness! Did you have problems with the indicator bulb not fitting as well?
  13. Hey guys, I recently got genuine isf lights for Christmas but as I was trying to fit then I realized one of the plugs are not the same? How did you guys go about in fitting yours? Thanks
  14. Can we still get these? Will it fit my 06 is250?
  15. My IS250 also has that problem, only on some roads (bumpy). I might do what ilv1004s said and take it to Lexus.
  16. Hey guys, I bought these not long and received it in the post literally 3 days ago. However, my awesome missus bought me genuine IS-F lights for Christmas so i will be going with the obvious decision and putting the genuine ones on and off loading the LED ones. I took them out of the box just to have a look and they are awesome lights, integrated LEDs all round, excellent built, and really improves the look of the car, no more ugly amber! Bought these for $330, but willing to let it go for $280. Pretty FIRM on the price since these are brand new still. Located in Sydney, Australia. Give me a PM if you are interested. Thank you, Picture:
  17. just wondering to the two guys that bought the unit, have you had any issues with this? Are you able to update your gps? etc?
  18. So when it says only HID, it will def fit our cars with the xenons? and what about the US guys having issues with the AFS? I think thats what its called on the top of my head.
  19. Thanks ilv1004s! I normally service my previous cars around the 5k mark. Just wasn't sure about the IS250. Lexus nerd, nooo, the normal 45k service price was $580 at parramatta, and recommended me to change all fluids for $780, while chatswood wanted $470 for the normal 45k service. When i asked the bloke at Parramatta what was involved in the 45k service he basically said the standard procedures such as oil change, filter change, air con filter change, etc. The girl at chatswood pretty much said the same thing when i asked her what was involved. I will probably get oils such as brakes, etc done but i don't see why coolant should be done. Thanks heaps guys! Your help is greatly appreciated. Cleared some things up for me.
