G'day all,
I've owned the RX330 for 1 year and we love the refinement. When we bought the car the was a creaking from the back and on the test drive I established that it was the rubber seal around the tailgate that had deteriorated and was causing the annoying noise. Whilst it is a simple fix, Lexus spare parts make it an expensive bit of rubber at more than $700!
There must be a better option. Has anyone found US sellers willing to ship to Oz? or even non-genuine parts? The sound is annoying but I simply can't justify that kind of money and a bit of rubber.
Any help would be highly appreciated!
