how do you clean the valves in a lexus es300 1992? feel thats one reason the idle is playing up.

can someone pls point out where the idle control valve is. so l can clean it and make sure it is ok. thank you

My es300 1992 is idling badly. Up down and revs high. Really like to know where to find idle valve. Did the reverse neutral trick but only lasted 3 days at normal idle. Any suggestions to what l can do pls tell me.
