  1. The shaft will go through the middle of the headers. I just finished the same conversion and that is what I had to do as well. If you look back to page one you can see the drivers side headers have a flange in each runner, presumably to make installation and removal easier. Here is how mine were made to accomodate that - removal not so easy......
  2. The Lexus ECU needs to see a 36-2 signal. Not just any old crank angle signal.
  3. Located southside Brisbane. 0410 594 785 Selling the engine package that currently resides in my engine bay. Can be heard running and test driven until the end of November when it will be removed to make way for a V8 swap. Come and inspect to buy before it is removed! $2000 for the whole package as listed below. Includes the following: - Standard 1G-FE supposedly reconditioned with new rings, bearings, seal kit, water pump and timing belt. Engine complete with all accessories. - Tuned GReddy E-Manage Ultimate ECU that will need to be piggyback wired into your factory ECU - Garrett turbo (T28) on a modified 1JZ tubular exhaust manifold - Full exhaust from dump pipe to tailpipe. Exhaust has been crushed a little under the diff. - All intake pipework including intake and filter, intercooler piping and intercooler and blow off valve - 6 Speed manual gearbox with full shifter mechanism and genuine TRD shift knob in good condition. Shift boot and console not included. - Single mass flywheel and matching clutch. Also comes with a complete spare 1G-FE long motor with supposedly low kms (have an invoice from a wrecker for the purchase). Includes a set of stronger and lower compression 1G-GTE crank, rods and pistons which I was planning to put into this spare motor with the intent of winding up the boost. Current setup runs 8psi and recently made 113rwkw on a Mainline dyno. Dyno sheet available. Standard engine was 110kw at the flywheel.
  4. I bought a couple of set of Bosch Aerotwin wipers from the site www.wiperblades.co.uk. Fast international postage and good prices.
  5. I am running Supra wheels. Rear are 9.5 ET50. 255/40 tyres. They fit, but I have plenty of guard rolling going on.
  6. I've used Federal 595 RS-R on my turbo IS200. Bang for buck, i don't think you can beat them. But the wear rate is a little high!
  7. Have you purchased the turbo kit? I have an IS200 with turbo fitted to the factory engine and I am doing an engine swap, so all of my turbo stuff is for sale :) Exhaust manifold, T28 turbo, full exhaust, intercooler and piping, BOV, tuned Greddy E-Manage Ultimate ECU the whole lot! I'm actually trying to sell the whole engine and gearbox package complete. Also have a spare factory engine, plus a set of stonger lower compresion 1G-GTE pistons and rods that i was going to put in the spare engine.
