Thanks heaps guys. Got it sorted. The VIN was within the recall so called Lexus and found out the previous owner already had it replaced through them at the last service. Another quick question...is it better for the car to use premium unleaded, or does it make no difference just using regular unleaded? Thanks.

Hey there, Just purchased a 2010 is250, love the car. Was reading through the posts on the forum and saw that there was a recall regarding the fuel pressure sensor for is250 from 2005-Aug 2010. Just wondering how I can find out the exact build date of the car. Is this possible from the VIN number? Thanks.
