Thanks, plankton007! I should probably clarify too that the car belongs to my folks and I am not in Australia with them, so DIY by them is out of the question.

Hi: My NAV has frozen up and is totally unresponsive. Can anyone in Sydney recommend a mechanic/workshop that is trustworthy and capable of diagnosing and fixing this issue? I would rather not go to the Lexus dealership, and proximity to the Eastern suburbs would be a plus. Thanks in advance!
