My 20's are 285 on the rear but not sure on offset. When it is on low mode they do scrape a little but who cares she looks sweet

Hey all, im new to these forums and a new owner to the Toyota Lexus world. I recently just purchased a 1989 Toyota celsior, Black with 20inch wheels and aftermarket hight controller. Just after a bit of advice on common problems etc and a few things i have noticed going wrong now that i may need to replace. Such as just last night my speedo has spun round to the 180km/h mark and moves back to 160km/h when i accelerate can this be fixed or do i need to replace the whole cluster? Also just a few minor things such as my rear view mirror doesn't lose all that black fade when you press the button. Any help would be much appreciated Cheers
