--I was asking myself the same question. I too have an is200 ('99 luxery sport.) Nice car,yes, ridiculously slow, hell yes! Trying to figure out a cost efficient way of gains. Inevitably,I think the only real way for any noticeable gains with our is200 is induction (ie. supercharger) and full exhaust,(wider headers, new pipes, straight through to a new exhaust like this hks.) Put in some ngk iridium spark plugs, synthetic oil, k&n air filter....runs better i think. Undoubtedly this exhaust will give better sound and 'performance' as a whole. I suppose my main hesitation is, do I want to spend 1,500 on a '99 is200 when the gains probably wont meet my expectations, and will i see the return when i a sell... Do a conversion!!! Haha Bumble.

Where would be the cheapest place to look?!!? :D! Im looking on Nengun and theyre quoting 1,151.59 shipped to Australia. Can anywhere alse youve seen beat this?! :D! Bumble.

Well yeah i pretty much wanted to get to know as much as possible about the car :D! haha! And with the body kits, ive decided on the JUN one. I can post a picture up of my current kit. Its the stock Rs200 kit. The previous owner has scraped the crap outta both the front bumper and skirts. Ive removed the skirts but have to keep the front bumper on as it would look stupid without it. You could always pay a panel beater to paint and fit it. Panel Beater would probably be your best option as the body kit might not fit exactly. Ps Can you post a pic of the front? Yeah ive thought about that. but i wanna learn more about the car and would prefer to do it myself. If i cant find much information ill have to get a quote on a panel beater. I agree with Geoff. Take a look. It would be one of the plastic covers guarding the underside of your car from all sorts of things. Stones, little kids, animals. :P If u dont wanna scraps it nemore. Jack ur car up using ur jack and take a look, look for scratches. If this doesnt help. Id recommend getting some coilovers. Theyll improve ride quality and handling. :) Bumble.
