Problem With The A/c On My Ls400, Please Help!

Hi all you guys,

I'm very happy to meet all you guys here. This is actually my first time joinning in this forum, so Hi everybody and wish you all the best.

I got a 1992 LS400 and now the air con is not cold.

Last Friday I brough her to the a/c mechanic for a regas, but when the mechanic tried to regas, it leaked on this part - the part has the blue paint on it (sorry but I dont know what it's called properly):

Because of that, the mechanic stopped regas-ing it and showed me the problem. He said I must replace it first and then do the regas later then.

My question is: "What is this part called?" and "Where can I buy a new/second hand one?" or "Can someone fix this?"

Yah, it's quite a big problem for me now..

Anyone can help me with this, I appreciate a lot..

As far as I can tell from the exploded diagram it is called a Pressure Regulator Assembly costing around $700.00 US so a good used one would be the cheaper option.
