Gs300 Mag Wheels Lifting

has anyone else had the paint bubbling one the surface on there mag wheels.

have taken to service and they didn't help with a solution or even get the problem looked at other than local customer service

person.

looks RS and need to get some help to fix

Local tyre guy said that he has seen it before on Lexus vehicles.

can anyone offer assistance or better still why it happens and how to fix this issue

don't live near beach and done under 50 k's
