Cup Holder

Hi all, Im looking to purchase parts like, the 2003+ Cup holder, and the Navigation housing. where are good places online that i can buy these and have the sent out to Australia. I realise the Nav housing is a bit more rare, but things like the Cup holder, and shift knob, etc etc, where can an aussie get them??

firstly have you checked for prices from your Lexus dealer?

Also there are some aftermarket gear knobs.. I quite like sparco knobs
