Unlocking Issue - 2014 IS350

Hey guys,

Recently picked up a 2014 IS350 and came across an issue. 

Sometimes (seems to be happening more often now) when I try and unlock the car from the drivers side/right door handle all I get is 5 'clunks' from the passenger (rear left or around there). No flashing indicator or beep. 

The car senses the key as the puddle light illuminates but just won't unlock. 

The car also is currently set to only open the drivers door when the drivers door handle is used to unlock.

However, if I touch the left/passenger side door handle the car unlocks with the usual flashing indicator and beep. The drivers door still stays locked when this happens. I either reach in to unlock from the inside or use the physical key.

 

Other things to note, when I press unlock on the remote the car just beeps for a while and flashes the indicators. Then from that point if I touch the drivers door handle it will beep 10 times whist flashing the indicators for how long those beeps last. 

 

When this does happen. I can seem to lock the door fine from the drivers/right door then it usually will work fine for a little bit.
