Rx350 2012 - rear seat folding down but not locking back up

Hi there 

Just bought a 2012 rx350, great cars! 
 

The larger section of the 60/40 split is able to fold down but doesn’t seem to click back in and lock when you push it back up. Anyone had this issue? 
It does stay upright but you can easily just push the seat down against or if you lean back hard on the chair it tilts back.

This is me, just created an account. Here’s the video. 
I looked underneath and there’s a cable for the release and springs. Wonder if they need adjustment. 
anyone else had this issue?
