Lexus RX450h noisy box in rear boot

Hello everyone, 

I am from WA, been a owner of Lexus over last 10 years. Has a RX400H, RX450H and an IS250. 

My RX450H 2012 started giving out a whirring noise from a box in the rhs of rear boot (next to spare wheel) . Couldn't identify what this is as there are no diagnostic warning lights. 

Anyone know what this is from the enclosed photo? Greatly appreciate any feedback. TQ in advance.
